What happens with my paid Memo subscription?

If you're currently a monthly or yearly Memo subscriber, you'll receive a full refund, for all payments made to Memo to this day. This includes payments you made for past months, as well as payments for future usage. 

We will not issue refunds to unsubscribed users (users who have subscribed to Memo, used the paid Memo version for a while, then unsubscribed).
